Cake of the Month – December 2010

Darrel & Chuckie’s 50th
The tiers are covered with white textured cream cheese
icing.
Fondant lace hearts dusted with super pearl dust
decorate the sides of each tier with fondant pearl borders. Gumpaste pink roses with gold leaves complete
the design.
Italian Cream was the flavor chosen for the tiered
cake. Sheet cake flavors included Kahlua
Chocolate, Lemon and Southern Peach.
