Cake of the Month – January 2012

 

 

David & Kathryn’s Wedding Cake

Tiers are covered with white textured buttercream and eggplant ribbon borders.  Fondant lace scrolls with pearl accents form borders around the top edge of each tier.

 

The center tier features a large eggplant and silver bow accented with a vintage brooch.

 

Monograms on the top tier complete the design.
