CAKE
OF THE MONTH – JUNE 2007

WATERLILY
BRIDAL STYLE SHOW
June
2nd, 2007 –
This four-tiered cake is
covered with ivory buttercream and smoothed to resemble fondant.
Sage green scrolls and
ivory fantasy flowers decorate the sides of each tier. The bottom borders are ivory ribbon.
Silk Gerbera daisies adorn
the top of each tier and a ball of ivory hydrangea blossoms accented with a
Monarch butterfly adorns the top tier.
This cake was on display
and then served to the guests following the style show.
Each tier was a different
flavor: Coconut, Tequila Rose, Lemon and Kahlua Chocolate.

This
photo was taken outside on the patio
where
it was set up under a tent. The cake
had
to endure the breezes, flies and bugs.
