Cake of the Month – March 2010

Lace and Pearls

I designed this cake for an upcoming Bridal Show. The cake is covered with white textured buttercream. Fondant lace pieces and pearls decorate this cake.

The buttercream borders are accented with pearls and the ribbon border around the base tier is accented with a strand of white pearls.
