Cake of the Month – May 2010

Shelby & Jeff’s Wedding Cake

The tiers are covered with white buttercream and sprayed with a pearl sheen spray.

The bottom borders are Royal blue ribbon.  Fondant scrolls and pearls decorate the sides of each tier.  Fresh floral sprays adorn the top of each tier.

The flavors chosen for this wedding cake were:  Amaretto, Kahlua Chocolate, Raspberry Royale and Strawberry Swirl.
