CAKE OF THE MONTH – AUGUST 2009

Chad & Tara’s Wedding Cake

The five tiers are covered with white buttercream.  The cake consisted of Kahlua Chocolate tiers with Strawberry Cream and Raspberry Cream fillings and a Classic White tier with Strawberry Cream filling.

The cake featured black ribbon borders with sprays of  red Freedom roses, sweetheart roses, white wax  flowers and Italian ruscus leaves.  A  floral topper of red Freedom roses, red sweetheart roses and white wax flowers completed the design.

This cake was designed to serve 250 guests.
