CAKE OF THE MONTH – August 2007

Graham/Townsley Wedding Cake
The 8 tiers are covered with white buttercream. Fondant lace hearts dusted with super pearl dust decorate the sides of each tier with white ribbon being used for the bottom border of each tier.
Fresh roses, daisies and stock in shades of lavender and purples were used in the floral arrangements that adorn the top of each satellite cake. The same flowers were used to fill the separation between the tiers of the stacked cake and the topper.
Flavors chosen for this wedding cake were Kahlua Chocolate, Lemon, Pink Champagne, Strawberry Cream and White.
