Jeff and Bonnie Bennett's Wedding Cake
 
This four-tiered cake is covered with white buttercream.  The flavors chosen for this cake were carrot and pink champagne.
 
The "George" borders are piped using tips 129, 140 and 16.  The bottom borders are edged on either side with white pearls.
 
The side scrolls are piped with tip 16.  The dolphins and sea shells are molded using fondant/Tylose, dusted with super pearl dust and steamed.
 
Fresh red roses adorn the top of each tier.
