Valentine Cake

 

The red heart is inserted inside the large white heart using the puffed embroidery technique.  White pearls form a border around the white heart with a white gumpaste bow accent. The cherubs are sugar molded.  The small red and white hearts are cut from colored gumpaste and dusted with luster and super pearl dusts.
