Christmas Poinsettias & Snowflakes

 

The tiers are covered with ivory-tinted buttercream.  Flavors chosen for this wedding cake were Kahlua Chocolate and White.

 

The “George” borders were created using tips 140 and 129 and accented with strands of white pearls.

 

Garlands of snowflakes molded using candy coating and dusted with Snowflake sparkle dust decorated the sides of the bottom and top tiers.  Buttercream dots decorated the sides of the second tier.

Silk poinsettias arranged on the tiers completed the design.
