Cake of the Month – July 2009

Scott & Alayna’s Wedding Cake
The tiers are
covered with ivory buttercream. The sides are decorated with branches of
red blossoms. The blossoms are made from gumpaste with sugar pearl
centers. The bottom borders are piped with an “e” motion. Fresh
cymbidium orchids adorn the top of each tier.
