BOSSMAN/LYON WEDDING CAKE

This 5-tiered cake is covered with ivory buttercream smoothed to resemble faux fondant.  The cake was designed to serve 250 guests.

Hot pink satin ribbon was used for the bottom borders.  Each tier is adorned with a fresh Gerbera Daisy arrangement with pink filler flowers and fern.  The cake was designed to serve 250 guests.  Two decorated kitchen cakes were used to provide  the servings required for 350 guests attending.

 The cake flavors chosen for this cake were Pink Champagne, Tequila Rose and Kahlua Chocolate.
