Heather and Ryan’s Wedding Cake – April 30, 2005

The four-tiered pink champagne wedding cake with red raspberry filling was covered with white buttercream icing and smoothed to resemble fondant.
The extended bottom border was piped with tip 140 and bordered on either side with strands of white pearls.
The wedding colors were pink and silver. The tiers were placed on silver foil covered boards. The floral sprays were fresh Stargazer lilies, fern and greenery accented with a pink bow.
The topper consisted of silver monogram letters accented with rhinestone designs.
Five identical side cakes were used with tip 22 shell borders, tip 16 corner scrolls and adorned on top with pink silk Stargazer lilies. The flavors of the side cakes were white, Kahlua fudge, strawberry cream cheese and pink champagne.
The cakes were designed to serve 350 guests.
