The three-tiered Tequilla Rose cake was covered with ivory buttercream and filled with a strawberry buttercream. The shell borders and side scrolls were piped with a deeper shade of ivory buttercream.

Arrangements of fresh orange sweetheart roses and orange wax flower with greenery adorned the top of each tier.
