BUTTERCREAM ICING (only recipe I use)


Mix together:

            2 cups Hi-Ratio

            1 cup Brite White

            1 tsp flavoring (or more for desired taste)

            tsp salt (dissolved in water)


            3 lbs powdered sugar ( I use almost 4 lb)

            2/3 cup water ( add more for desired consistency)


Beat until fluffy


I  use butter vanilla emulsion, almond emulsion, cream bouquet emulsion and lemon emulsion flavorings.  Many times I will use 2 or 3 flavors together. I seldom measure the flavoring, I usually pour a little of each into the bowl.




I have always used the buttercream icing recipe above and added fudge supreme to taste.
