My cakes are custom-designed cakes created especially for you to celebrate  your special occasion.  I treat each cake as an individual  piece of art taking care to deliver a finished cake that is not only beautiful to look at and admire, but moist and delicious to eat and enjoy as well.  Because my cakes are custom-designed, it is necessary to place your order well in advance of the date required so that I have time to make any necessary decorations and to acquire the supplies needed to make and design your cake.  In regards to wedding cakes, you should book the date for your wedding cake several months in advance in order to be certain that I will be available to make your cake for that date.  Nine to twelve months in advance is not too early to book your wedding cake especially, if  your wedding is being scheduled during a popular wedding month like June.
