Now that the chaos of the wedding and the aftermath is over, I finally find time to email you, something I have been wanting to do since our wedding. I wanted to thank you so very much for doing such an outstanding job on our wedding cake. I am so glad that I trusted you to come up with the design of it. It was absolutely the most beautiful cake I have ever seen! The taste cannot be compared to anything else, it was truly amazing. People are STILL talking about it. We had leftovers which of course, was a good thing (you know how I love cake!) for almost a week, and at that point, it was still moist! I told everyone where it came from so they would know what amazing work you do.
